One thing that keeps me extremely organized is my daily to-do list!
Writing things down helps reduce stress and can make us feel more relaxed.
Plus, we feel more in control of our life.
📃 For me, it’s helpful to write every single task that needs to be accomplished on one list.
🗒️ A yellow legal pad works best, because it’s bright, easy to see, and keeps tasks in one place!
Here’s 5 steps to creating a helpful to-do list.
- Do a brain dump! Write every single business and personal task that needs to be accomplished
- After item is accomplished, place a checkmark next to task.
- Before leaving your desk at the end of the day, create a fresh new list with only the remaining items. Add the new items as well.
- Place new list on your clean desk and have it ready for the next day to go through first thing in the morning.
- Repeat daily!
