Nuts Are Healthy And Nutritious!

Nuts are so tasty and nutritious, it’s hard to put them down.
Healthline says that Nuts are high in fat, low in carbs, and a great source of several nutrients, including vitamin E, magnesium, and selenium.
They are also full of fiber (which creates staying power and keeps you full) and a good addition to salads or oatmeal and great to carry as an emergency snack!

Nut Butters are delicious and nutritious as well.

I like to put almond butter in my daily oatmeal and I eat cashew butter every night before bed.
Almond Butter
With 200 calories, nearly 19 grams of fat, and almost 5 grams of protein, almond butter can help between meals when you’re hungry.
It contains heart-healthy monounsaturated fats as well as vitamins and minerals, including vitamin E, calcium and magnesium.
Cashew Butter
One of the creamiest nut butters available, cashew butter can take the place of dairy in recipes.
It’s also a higher-carb and lower-protein compared to other nut butters.
Put cashew butter on Chinese noodles, and broccoli for added nutrients.
